Commercial projects represent a significant portion of our portfolio. Maui Architectural Group's distinctive designs are visible on numerous structures such as the Maui Tropical Plantation, Ka Ono Ulu Villas, Kahana Ridge, and Napili Plaza. From updating aging condominium complexes and hotels, to new schools, restaurants, high-tech and industrial buildings, and affordable housing for our island neighbors, Maui Architectural Group has a broad range of experience and expertise.
Historic preservation is one of our specialties. We rehabilitate deteriorating properties while maintaining the design integrity of Hawai‘i's plantation era. We've received several awards
from organizations such as the American Institute of Architects, the Maui Historical Society, Historic Hawaii Foundation and the Wailuku Main Street Association for our accomplishments in this genre.
Maui Architectural Group is also committed to the betterment of our island community. We have provided pro bono services to most of Maui's social service nonprofit organizations such as Maui Economic Opportunity, Lokahi Pacific, Women Helping Women, Habitat for Humanity, and the Maui Family YMCA.
